I hold a Master's Degree in Holistic Nutrition and have completed advanced training from the Functional Nutrition Lab in Whole Body Systems and Functional (Root-Cause) Nutrition. I'm a Professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) and a CellCore Biosciences Practitioner.
My work focuses on education—providing information and wellness recommendations concerning nutrition, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
I created The Detox Protocols because I saw too many people suffering through aggressive protocols that ignored their body's capacity to handle them. Real healing isn't about forcing the body—it's about creating the conditions where healing can happen naturally.
